Welcome to EU-Case. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of use, which, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, govern EU-Case’s relationship with you. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. General Terms & Scope

These Terms apply to all orders submitted by you on our website. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract of sale only take place after the order has been submitted and payment has been received in full by EU-Case. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

2. Pricing and Payments

• Currency: All prices are stated in your selected local currency (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP) at checkout.
• Taxes & Duties: Any possible import taxes, customs duties, and clearance charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office prior to buying.
• Payment Processing: We carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds. Goods will not be dispatched until this check is complete.
• Pricing Errors: We will not be obliged to supply products at an incorrect price due to typographical errors. If an error is found, we will contact you to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We process and ship orders globally. We use reasonable endeavors to ensure orders are sent to the exact delivery address specified at checkout.

• Address Accuracy: EU-Case cannot be held responsible if the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete. Additional charges may apply to resend orders returned due to invalid addresses.
• Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. They do not account for customs delays or localized courier issues.
• Transit Liability: EU-Case remains liable for any damage to the product that occurs between dispatch and delivery. You must contact us immediately if there is visible damage upon arrival.

4. Cancellations and Returns

• Cancellations: Orders are processed quickly for fast dispatch. Once an order is in our system, it usually cannot be edited or stopped. If you need a cancellation, contact us immediately at [email protected]. If the order has already shipped, you must follow our standard return process.
• Returns: Items purchased directly from our website can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled (for screen protectors), and in their original packaging.
• Exceptions: Custom, personalized, and print-on-demand “Collabs” cases cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not cover return shipping costs.

5. Mobile Message (SMS) Program

By consenting to the EU-Case SMS/text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring marketing and service-related text messages (e.g., cart reminders, order updates) from us through your wireless provider.

• Voluntary Participation: Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Opting Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message.
• Rates: We do not charge for this program, but message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless mobile plan.

6. Quality of Goods & Liability

Our goal is to provide high-quality products that meet your everyday tech protection needs. We rigorously test our cases to assure high standards of performance.

• Device Protection Disclaimer: Our cases do not make your phone indestructible. Our warranty does not cover any repair or replacement costs for damage to your device as a result of using any EU-Case product.
• Product Warranty: EU-Case products come with a standard 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. It does not cover daily wear-and-tear (including the natural yellowing of clear cases over time), drops, liquid damage, intentional modifications, or misuse.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of EU-Case used on the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of our company.

• Apple®, iPhone®, AirPods®, and MagSafe® are registered trademarks of Apple Inc.
• Samsung® is a registered trademark of Samsung Electronics Ltd.
• Google® is a registered trademark of Google LLC.
• All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
