1. Return, Refund and Exchange Terms

We know that sometimes mistakes happen and you need to return an item. If you’ve purchased a product directly through our website, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

If you purchased your product somewhere else (like Amazon or eBay), please contact the seller directly to return your item.

Exceptions: Please note, as our Collabs cases are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these products. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns for any items which have been personalised, customised, or modified specifically for you.

How to Return an Item

So that we can sort out your return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason you’d like to send your item back. We will then send you the necessary details for your return shipment.

Important Return Guidelines

• Return Shipping Costs: Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
• Condition of the Item: If you’re returning your product because you’ve changed your mind, you need to make sure that it hasn’t been used and is still in its original packaging.
• Packaging: Please wrap your package carefully so it doesn’t get damaged in the returns process, as we won’t be able to exchange or refund damaged products.

2. Cancellation Terms

Orders are processed quickly for fast dispatch, so we cannot guarantee cancellations once they have been packed. This is especially true for printed cases, which are made on demand and have a shorter processing time.

How to Request a Cancellation

If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can at [email protected].

Once an order is in our system, it cannot be edited. We usually cannot stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it is extremely important that you let us know as early as possible.

• If we catch it in time: If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund.
• If the order has already shipped: If we’re unable to stop the shipment, don’t worry! You can simply return your order to us using the return process outlined in Section 1 above once you receive it.
